To enhance the efficiency and accountability of the health system, our team implemented key initiatives across multiple areas. A Quality Tracking Dashboard was developed to effectively monitor and improve performance metrics, ensuring timely insights into healthcare operations. Ensuring the highest number of NQAS-certified facilities was prioritized, along with strengthening the pharmaceutical supply chain to guarantee the availability of essential medications. Additionally, we focused to bolster antenatal care (ANC) services, achieving over 90% coverage at the district level across 11 districts. These actions collectively contribute to a more robust and responsive health system.
